Production Operator

Job Description

Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery with precision, following detailed work instructions and safety protocols Assist with packaging products efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met and documentation is accurately completed Handle materials safely using forklifts and other equipment, maintaining proper inventory control within the warehouse or production area Support laboratory testing and quality checks to verify product specifications and compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards Perform routine maintenance on machinery and report any malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime Follow lean manufacturing practices to identify waste reduction opportunities and improve workflow efficiency Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety guidelines and company policies Experience Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred, especially within a regulated setting such as pharmaceuticals or biotech industries Familiarity with forklift operation, materials handling, and warehouse procedures is highly desirable Laboratory experience or understanding of quality control processes will be advantageous Knowledge of CGMP regulations and packaging processes enhances your fit for this role Hands-on experience with machining or equipment setup is a plus Strong commitment to safety standards and attention to detail is essential for success in this energetic role Join us as a Production Operator and be part of a forward-thinking team committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement! #
