In this role, you will operate a small fusion welder and ensure efficient production processes. Our on-the-job training will guide your development and help us deliver high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and production schedules. Duties Operate a small fusion welder machine to produce parts according to specifications. This is a sit-down, full-time position with hours M-F 6 a.m.-2 p.m. Our Foreman will set up and calibrate welder for each work order designated for the Operator. The Operator will ensure proper production and maintain quality control throughout the process. Clean up area after each work order is completed. Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper use of hand tools, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and safe operating procedures. Requirements No experience necessary.
