About Alchemix Alchemix is a small, growing beverage brand based in Charleston, South Carolina. We make small-batch craft cocktail mixers with real, natural ingredients and no shortcuts. We're a small but growing team, so everyone's work shows up in the finished product. The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Kitchen Production Specialist to help make, package and look after our products. You'll work in our kitchen following our recipes and quality standards, and your work goes straight to our customers. What You'll Do Prepare and produce Alchemix products from established recipes and batch sheets Measure, mix, fill, label and package products carefully and consistently Follow food safety, sanitation and quality-control procedures Keep production logs, batch records and inventory counts accurate Conduct raw goods ordering Clean and keep up the kitchen, equipment and workspace Receive and organize ingredient and packaging deliveries Point out ways to make our process smoother or our product better What We're Looking For Experience in a commercial kitchen, food production or a similar hands-on job Strong attention to detail. Consistency matters in every batch. Reliable, punctual and comfortable working on your own once trained Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs ServSafe Food Handler certification, or willing to get it (preferred) Schedule About 10-20 hours per week, flexible time of day Why You'll Like Working Here You'll be part of an independent brand at a formative stage Flexible part-time hours
