Job Description

Job Description Position Summary The Production Associate is responsible for washing, blasting, and baking of parts as they flow into the tooling area in support of the Coating Operations. They will also support preventive maintenance initiatives as required. Position Responsibilities - Essential Wash, blast, and bake incoming parts in tooling area in support of the Coater Operations Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing; interface with customer and peers Determine space requirements and position of materials in storage Maintain clean work area and participate in 5S strategies Availability and willingness to work hours outside of the normal scheduled work week and/or weekends Ensure all safety procedures, practices, and regulations are followed before, during, and after the process to foster a positive safety culture by having a safety-first mindset and approach Position Responsibilities - Non-Essential/Other Provide support to preventive maintenance and the tooling area as needed Other duties and special projects as assigned Essential Skills and Experience High School diploma or GED equivalent Basic Microsoft Office knowledge Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both listening and speaking) Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation(s) Experience demonstrating successful support of a positive safety culture Beneficial Skills and Experience At least one year of work experience in an industrial setting preferred At least one year of preventive maintenance experience preferred Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) knowledge is preferred Ability to complete a pulmonary function test and a fit test to wear a respirator which requires the individual to be clean shaven with the exception of a mustache not extending beyond the edges of the mouth Company Description We are a customer-focused, integrated maintenance company operating projects throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic states.
