Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Utility / Operator to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities Operate various manufacturing equipment and machinery following standard operating procedures Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance Adhere strictly to safety standards in production, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Assist with material handling tasks, including heavy lifting, to support production needs Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines to maintain product quality and safety Support the implementation of safety protocols and participate in safety training sessions Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe working environment Requirements Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment Prior experience in manufacturing or a related industrial setting is preferred Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and GMP compliance Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of daily tasks Commitment to using personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly at all times Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards Join our team and be part of a vibrant manufacturing environment where your skills make a difference!
