As a Production Team Lead, you will support daily production operations by working alongside team members to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead by example in a hands-on production environment Ability to adapt to changing production priorities Willingness to assist with physical and operational tasks as needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 60 pounds occasionally Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred Sit-down forklift experience preferred What You'll Do as a

Production Team Lead:

Lead and support daily production activities safely and efficiently Work alongside production employees to assist during staffing shortages or increased production demand Support bagging, sealing, palletizing, and material handling operations Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move raw materials and finished products Train and coach employees on safety procedures and operational expectations Promote teamwork, accountability, and effective communication Address employee concerns professionally and escalate issues to leadership when necessary Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the shift Support indoor and outdoor production operations as needed Perform additional production and operational duties as assigned
