We are currently hiring for Production Associates for a client located in Simpsonville, SC.In this role you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process of electronic components by operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented production environment. ResponsibilitiesOperate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to established proceduresAssemble electronic components and products to specificationPerform visual inspections and basic quality checks to ensure product standardsFollow work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelinesMaintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S standardsAccurately complete production documentation and reportsIdentify and report equipment malfunctions or production issuesSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and qualityWork collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious manufacturing or production experience preferredMust have the ability to work with small partsBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic computer skills for data entry and documentationAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25-50 pounds as neededManual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Shift and Pay Information1st Shift- 7:30am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday / $17.00
