Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be able to work 10-12 hours standing, Lift 50 lbs., Work in Hot or cold temperature. Responsibilities Prepare materials and work areas for the curtain coating and waxing process. Interpret production documents, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly and manufacturing processes Move, stage, load, and unload materials safely within the production area. Assemble components using hand tools, mechanical assembly techniques, and manual handling procedures Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards and lean manufacturing principles Assist machine operators and other floor associates with daily production activities. Follow safety protocols rigorously, including heavy lifting procedures and proper handling of machinery and materials Requirements Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with a solid understanding of production workflows Hands-on experience with assembly line operations, mechanical assembly, and interpreting technical drawings or manufacturing documents Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Pay:

$18.00 - $19.50 per hour Expected hours: 48.0 - 52.0 per week
