Walterboro, SC (On-site) About the Position Join our production team creating personalized products for customers during our busiest season. As a Personalization Production Specialist , you'll be trained to operate a variety of production equipment and may rotate between departments based on production needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience with our equipment is required—we provide training for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. What You'll Do Depending on daily production needs, you may be assigned to one or more of the following areas: Operate embroidery, laser engraving, sublimation, hot stamp & card cutting equipment Set up machines for production Read and follow customer work orders accurately Select the correct materials, tools, thread, plates, or supplies Load products and materials into equipment Monitor machine performance and product quality Adjust machine settings as needed Troubleshoot basic equipment issues Package and prepare finished products Maintain clean and organized workstations Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards Assist in other production departments as business needs require Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete customer orders accurately and on time What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and dependable attendance Ability to read and follow work orders Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand and walk throughout the work shift Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required Peak Season Schedule Mid-August through Mid-December Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Three paid 15-minute breaks One unpaid 45-minute lunch Saturday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (as needed) One paid 15-minute break Overtime is expected during peak season.
