Job Description

TITLE OF POSITION
Production Operator
DEPARTMENT
Manufacturing (LTCC or Winding)
REPORTS TO
Operations Manager•What You'll Do Set up and operate production processes and equipment for LTCC and/or wire-wound components. Conduct electrical and mechanical testing on in-process and finished parts. Accurately record test data throughout the production process. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality. Assist in training new NASCENTechnology operators. Adhere to all quality systems, safety, and health standards, including cleanroom protocols (Class 10,000). Ensure compliance with company policies related to export controls. Perform additional related tasks as assigned by management. What You'll Bring Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen or permanent resident with a valid green card not employed by a foreign company). High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Ability to identify and address potential issues proactively. Strong commitment to process improvement and effective communication. Previous experience in transformer manufacturing is a plus. Coil Winding, Hand Soldering, Microscopic Inspection and Measurement and Testing. Willingness to work on-site (remote work not available). Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
