Schedule:
M-F 6:00am-2:45pm. Some overtime required. Midlab is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Production team! Production Associates play an important role in making sure our products are manufactured, packaged, and prepared safely and efficiently while meeting our quality standards.Main Responsibilities:
others may be assigned Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery Follow production schedules and established operating procedures Maintain accurate production records and documentation Safely handle materials and supplies used in the production process Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Follow all company safety, quality, and housekeeping standards Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to a supervisor Perform other duties as needed to support the Production team What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work effectively as part of a team Good attendance and punctuality Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials as required Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required Why Join Midlab?
