Accuforce is currently seeking a dependable Scrap Baler Operator for a premier client in Bristol, TN.

Job Details Pay Rate:

$16.00 per hour

Shift:

2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Schedule Note:

Weekend overtime may occasionally be required based on production needs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Collect, sort, and bale scrap paper and plastics using a mechanical baler. Safely operate a forklift to move waste materials and pallets around the facility. Procure correct pallets for staging and processing. Track and report daily waste and scrap usage accurately. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (housekeeping duties). Operate all machinery in a strict, safe manner following company safety protocols. Perform additional duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Forklift Experience:

Must be able to operate a forklift and obtain an in-house forklift certification.

Experience:

Previous machine operating or warehouse experience is desired, but not required. Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude. Physical Demands Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to stoop, bend, and twist repetitively throughout the shift. Ability to talk, listen, and communicate clearly on the phone and in person.
