Job Description

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is seeking dedicated professionals for an immediate Production Associate opening for our client located in Jackson, TN . Pay $16.50•$17.00 per hour
Shifts:
6:00AM•6:00PM or 6:00PM•6:00

Responsibilities:
Verify the count, look at, and manage the product, as required by nature, to determine the grade and identify substandard products as they pass down the conveyor line. Place rejected products and individual grades of products in designated piles, containers, or areas. Add supplemental products to bring the original product to specifications. Notify the Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues. Rotate through various positions on the line. May be directed to assist in other plant areas as production demands require. Maintain a safe and clean work area. Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices. Must wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as provided. Perform other duties and assignments as required following SOP.
Qualifications:
6 months or more production or quality experience Professionalism and a positive attitude are of utmost importance Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Positive attendance record Ablity to work some weekends
