Job Description
Production Associate -
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with daily production and processing operations within the facility. Operate or assist with operating production equipment as trained. Monitor equipment and production processes for proper operation. Load, unload, move, or stage materials as needed. Perform general labor and housekeeping duties throughout the production area. Inspect materials and finished products for quality and consistency. Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production problems to supervisors. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work effectively with other team members to meet production goals. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to safety and detail. Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential. Ability to work in an industrial production environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position. Willingness to learn equipment, processes, and safety procedures. Work Environment Work is performed inside a production/manufacturing facility , not inside the mine. Industrial environment with exposure to machinery, equipment, dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Required to follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Physical demands may include prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, hardworking, and willing to learn . Previous industrial or production experience is a plus, but candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependable attendance are encouraged to apply.

Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join a clay mining operation in Middleton, TN. This position works inside the production facility and supports the day-to-day manufacturing and processing operations. Employees will assist with production activities, monitor equipment and materials, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and follow all safety and operating procedures.
