Job Summary CSS Solar is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support jobsite accounting and administrative functions across our solar projects. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting workforce onboarding, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with onboarding new employees, including documentation and setup Verify I-9 documents and process required paperwork Manage timekeeping systems, generate reports, and verify employee hours Process expense reports and maintain accurate financial records Track and maintain certificates of insurance for subcontractors Process subcontractor lien releases Support general jobsite accounting and administrative tasks Physical & Work Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced construction/jobsite environment Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Why Join Us?
