Job Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on technical training on production and decoration equipment Train employees on Helix, DTF, UV Printing, Laser Engraving, Pad Print, and related processes Demonstrate safe and efficient machine operation Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching as needed Assist with onboarding and development of new production employees Ensure quality standards and production procedures are followed Work closely with supervisors to identify training needs and improve employee performance

Requirements:
