Requires previous team lead experience in a production environment Overview We are seeking a dedicated Production Team Lead to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential for maintaining efficient production processes within a dynamic factory environment. A Production Team Lead oversees daily operations for a manufacturing team, focusing on efficiency, quality, and safety by delegating tasks, monitoring production goals (KPIs like output, quality, waste), training staff, troubleshooting issues, enforcing procedures, and acting as the key liaison between the team and management to achieve company objectives. They are responsible for empowering their team to meet targets while fostering a positive environment for continuous improvement. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff Ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner Monitor production performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective action as needed Ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standards Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Train and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and processes Monitor and document employee attendance and performance Develop and implement production schedules and workflows Enforce company policies and procedures in a consistent and fair manner Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them in a timely manner Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment as a team lead Knowledge of production processes and equipment Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other related software This role is vital for ensuring production efficiency and quality within our manufacturing facility. Full-time Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
