Production Team Member

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking factory worker to join our team in rural Spencer, Tennessee. As a factory worker, you will be responsible for operating equipment, quality inspection, and packaging finished goods. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have good communication skills. Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

Operate production line stations as trained Perform job duties accurately and efficiently Inspect and package finished goods according to quality standards Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Communicate effectively with team members, technical leads, and supervisors Sunkote's working hours are 6:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Thursday. Voluntary/rotation overtime is offered on a daily basis for 1h, and Friday's as needed to meet customer requirements.
