Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. In this role, you will play a critical part in making high-quality products that our customers rely on. This is a hands-on, entry-level role that involves performing structured, highly repetitive assembly and production tasks in a fast-paced environment. Because our production lines run on team synchronization, consistent daily attendance and an uncompromising commitment to workplace safety are non-negotiable requirements for success.

Key Responsibilities Prioritize Safety First:

Strictly adhere to all safety policies

Execute Daily Production Goals:

Perform high-volume, standardized assembly, packaging, or material-handling steps with consistency and speed to hit daily team and individual production metrics.

Maintain High Quality Standards:

Inspect parts and finished products for defects or quality issues to ensure compliance with specifications.

Maintain Perfect Punctuality:

Arrive on time for every scheduled shift and be at your station ready to work at the start of the day and after breaks.

Collaborate & Communicate:

Work effectively alongside team members; report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately to supervisors.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to perform highly repetitive manual tasks (e.g., pinching, gripping, bending, reaching) for 8-10 hours per shift. Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for the duration of the shift.

Safety & Detail Mindset:

Strong commitment to personal safety, with the focus needed to maintain high accuracy during routine, repetitive work.

Performance Incentive & Pay Base Hourly Pay:

$20 / hour

Daily Performance Bonus:

Earn extra pay by meeting or exceeding daily production quota targets while maintaining safety and quality standards! ( Earn up to $5 extra per hour / day for hitting production targets) Work Environment & Physical Demands Fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment. High level of repetitive manual motion.
