ResourceMFG Associate, Cathie Job Requirements:
Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to fabricate metal parts. Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine bend sequences and tooling requirements. Select, install, and adjust tooling (dies, punches) based on job specifications. Program or modify CNC machine programs as needed (depending on experience level). Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality and conformance to specifications Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks. Adjust machine settings (ram depth, back gauge, tonnage) to achieve accurate results. Maintain machine efficiency and meet production deadlines. Troubleshoot minor machine or process issues. Perform routine maintenance and ensure machines are kept clean and in safe working condition Document production activities and maintain accurate records As a ResourceMFG worker

Minimum Machine Operator Qualifications:
Familiarity with CNC controls (Amada, Trumpf, Bystronic, etc.) Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and materials. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments. Basic math skills, including geometry Ability to lift 50lbs Teamwork oriented with Attention to Detail Safety First Mindset Confidence working in a fast paced Warehouse or Manufacturing environment
