Overview We are actively seeking a large team of dedicated Production Workers to join our manufacturing facility located in Addison, at the intersection of Josey and Beltline. This vital role involves supporting the assembly, fabrication, and overall production processes within a fast-paced factory environment. Spanish Speaking Only is accepeted Duties Will be standing and packing bakery products Must be able to lift up to 45lbs at times. Must be able to work some weekends as needed Conduct manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy materials safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold safety standards. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production targets consistently. Follow safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety standards. Assist in managing production documentation and reporting any discrepancies or issues. Requirements Prior Production or manufacturing facility experience preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Physical ability for manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocols. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment managing production or assembly tasks. Good communication skills and attention to detail for quality assurance purposes.
