Job Summary:

We are looking for dependable Manufacturing Associates to join our team in Carrollton, TX. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow their career in a manufacturing environment. We have opportunities across different areas of operation, including Material Handlers, Quality Control, and Production. Specific responsibilities will vary depending on the department and position. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided on company-specific processes and procedures. Depending on the department and assignment, responsibilities may include: Material Handling Locate, move, issue, and return materials and components throughout the facility Supply materials to production areas as needed Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing materials Perform inventory checks and cycle counts Document material movements and inventory information Be able to stand and walk to extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and be able to regularly kneel, bend, stoop, crouch and reach Quality Control Inspect parts, components, and finished products for defects or damage Perform basic inspections and measurements according to established requirements Document inspection and testing results accurately Identify and communicate quality concerns Assist with audits and maintaining quality control Production / Assembly Assemble components and products according to work instructions Perform basic manufacturing and production tasks Follow established procedures and quality requirements Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, assembly, or quality experience is a plus. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter information Good communication skills Willingness to learn new processes and procedures Ability to work effectively in a team environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Commitment to following safety and quality procedures Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

Available Shifts/Other Information:

1st Shift

  • 6am to 2:30pm
  • Monday through Friday 2nd Shift
  • 2pm•10:30pm•Monday through Friday 5% Shift Differential for 2nd Shift Overtime Opportunities Available!
