Cibolo, TX Position Summary The Manufacturing Team Member operates equipment, assembles parts, and supports production to build automatic transmissions. This role follows all safety policies and work procedures and promotes quality, and efficiency. Position Responsibilities The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position: Operate machinery and assemble components using standardized procedures to ensure quality. Meet daily production targets based on customer demand. Inspect parts for defects and follow quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with company standards. Accurately record production data and report any equipment or process issues. Work and communicate well with others to keep production running smoothly. Follow company rules and complete other assigned tasks.
Required Skills and Abilities Essential Skills and Experience:
A Safety-first mindset that helps maintain a safe work environment. Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule (days and nights) with potential mandatory daily and some Saturday overtime . Consistent on-time attendance and a strong work ethic. Demonstrate a positive attitude, show respect and dignity to all, and a commitment to excellence. Beneficial Skills and Experience Experience in an industrial/manufacturing/production environment is a plus. Math skills-Basic mathematic skills to ensure accurate measurements is a plus. Mechanical-General knowledge of machines, tools and measurement instruments is a plus. Education/Training/Certifications High School Diploma or GED required.

Must be able to operate as an effective team member. Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws and all company safety policies. Attendance/Work Hour Requirements Must maintain an acceptable attendance record. Must be willing and available to work weekends and holidays as necessary and desirable to meet business needs.
