We are looking for an adaptable and motivated individual to help with Set Up & Dismantle for our event at Texas A&M for our 150 Year event representing Lids.

Duties:

Unloading box truck, unpacking of display properties, lifting and assembly of display assets and graphics, assist our onsite manager in the complete setup of event space. You will also assist with dismantle and repack the assets after the event. Heavy lifting and ladder climbing will be required. You should be able to lift 50 lbs. (The attached picture is an example of the event setup)

Friday, October 2nd

•9am

•5pm or until completion (arrive by 8:30am)

Dismantle:

Saturday, October 3rd

•after event is complete, 5:00pm until complete (approximately 6 hours)

Attire:

Solid color shirt unbranded (preferably black). Jeans, shorts, t-shirts, sneakers/work boots. No large logos, pictures, sayings or holes. Dress appropriately for the weather. Bring food/drinks for breaks.
