Full Job Description Essential Tasks and Duties:
Prepares job work orders for production runs: Update information on work orders as dictated by the Statement of Work (SOW) for each job. Ensures all necessary information for production is present on work order. Able to follow up with appropriate personnel for any the missing/incorrect information. Managing current samples on hand for inserts, envelopes, and printed production samples. Tracks all job statuses to ensure all jobs meet their contractual deadlines: Sends correspondence to various departments regarding specifics of job errors etc. Escalates any issues that may endanger the job missing its contractual deadline. Performs end of day verification of all jobs received; Follows up on any jobs that have not been accounted for.
Final Balancing of Jobs:
Performs final prep for docket upload, files and organizes all physical dockets. Prepare, upload, stage for archival or send documents when / as requested Sends electronic copies of UPS logs, meter logs and daily production totals to designated recipients at end of each business day.
Other Duties Include:
Responds to all requests from multiple communication systems, timely, accurately and with a high degree of professional demeanor. Performs various production related functions during down time in primary role, including but not limited to: Return Mail processing, Manual Production, High speed production
Qualifications Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred Possess a valid State issued Driver's License or Identification Card in the applicable state of employment at all times Demonstrates a can-do team attitude with the ability to take direction and engage with other departments in a professional manner Strong organizational skills and be detail oriented; ability to multi-task Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Multi-limb and eye-hand coordination Able to sit, stand, bend, reach, stoop and lift boxes up to 25 lbs. Able to work in a fast pace environment Able to work overtime/weekends/holidays as scheduled every month Notice to applicants: This is a non-sponsorship opportunity; employer will not transfer or sponsor applicants for U.S. work authorizations.
