Luxor Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Line Lead paying $19.50 per hour with 1st shift available. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of 5-15 production operators during assigned shifts. Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity to meet production goals. Train and coach team members while communicating shift priorities. Oversee production line setup, operation, changeovers, and packaging processes. Ensure production stays on schedule and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams. Enforce GMP, SOPs, quality standards, and perform in-process quality checks. Complete production documentation, deviation reports, and shift logs accurately. Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment by enforcing PPE and 5S standards. Report safety concerns, production issues, downtime, and communicate shift handoffs effectively. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification a plus 2-4 years of experience in a cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods manufacturing environment Prior experience in a lead, team lead, or supervisory capacity preferred Solid understanding of GMP a plus Ability to read and follow batch records, SOPs, and work instructions Basic computer skills (data entry, production tracking systems) Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead by example Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. #
