Conducts tool box safety meetings. Assure that the crew follows safe work practices. Communicates assigned job goals from the Manufacturing Supervisor or Project Manager to the crew. Effectively communicate with other team Leads/Crew Chiefs and Project Managers to accomplish the plan objectives. Maintains an ongoing parts shortage list for assigned jobs. Takes ownership of the work area and assure it is maintained in a clean and safe condition and in compliance with company and departmental policy. Review of all build specifications prior to starting operations on large weldments and assemblies.
