The Apparel Production Associate is a hands-on manufacturing role responsible for performing a variety of production tasks across multiple departments, including, embroidery, printing, laser cutting, Heat press, Using graphics software and quality control. This role ensures apparel products are accurately assembled, decorated and inspected . Associates must be flexible and capable of working across different workstations, depending on daily production needs. This role requires hands‑on experience with apparel decoration equipment. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred.

Job Duties:

Art & Graphics Preparation — preparing artwork, resizing files, ensuring designs are print‑ready DTF Printing — operating DTF printers, maintaining film quality, managing transfers DTG Printing — loading garments, running print jobs, performing routine maintenance Heat Press Application — applying transfers accurately and safely Embroidery Production — hooping garments, threading machines, monitoring stitch quality Laser cutting and etching. Maintaining a clean, organized workspace Meeting production deadlines with consistent quality Prior experience in apparel decoration prefered.
