Fredericksburg Farms is looking for energetic individuals who have a passion to deliver excellent quality products and enjoy working in a family atmosphere. Production Assistant job duties include but are not limited to the following tasks:
• Must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to read and understand procedures, have reliable transportation and great attendance.
• Quality control and attention to detail are critical in this job and carelessness will not be tolerated. DUTIES
• Handcrafting air freshies, candles, wax melts, soap, lotion & seasoning mixes.
• Help organize, clean and maintain the facility.
• Assist with pulling items from inventory for manufacture.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and contribute to a positive team/family spirit.
• Be able to work as an individual or in a team setting.
• The ability to quickly learn new skills effectively while working under pressure.
• Proven ability to stay on task while managing interruptions.
• Consistently demonstrate strong verbal communication skills, a strong attention to detail, a high degree of organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to self-motivate while monitoring your assigned work area for safety, quality and, productivity to ensure your manufacturing goals are met.
• Work in hot and cold temperatures and around strong fragrances.
• Lift a maximum of 50 lbs. and stand long periods of the day.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager.

From $12 - $18 per hour

• Our production team's starting pay is $12/hr.

plus a $3.00/hr. guaranteed bonus during your 90-day probationary period, and are financially bonused regularly when they meet our production goals.
