Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Operator - II, where your expertise will drive the creation of high-quality automotive components and products in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to quality standards while honing your skills in manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, and equipment operation. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that manufacturing standards are met with precision and efficiency, supporting our mission to deliver quality to our clients. Duties Set-up, operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure consistent product quality. Handle industrial machines safely, adhering strictly to protocols and safety regulations including PPE. Perform material handling tasks using material handling equipment, inventory control of raw materials and finished products. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and production lines, performing basic maintenance or troubleshooting mechanical issues as needed. Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall process efficiency. Working with fiberglass material and its safe handling Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments, with familiarity in GMP and 5S standards. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate machining tools or perform basic equipment operation. Strong understanding of safety protocols including PPE usage procedures. Experience operating equipment safely. Knowledge of manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulatory compliance standards in production manufacturing. Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
