Job Description
Bilingual Production Admin Lead - DFW Grapevine, TX | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (occasional weekends) | $20-$22/hr Productiv is a high-performance 3PL specializing in kitting, assembly, and omnichannel fulfillment for major consumer brands — nine of every ten of our clients are billion-dollar brands, and we move 30 million+ kits a year across 14 nationwide operations. Our DFW campus is one of our flagship hubs, and we're growing fast. We're hiring a Bilingual Production Admin Lead to serve as the central point for production reporting, KPI tracking, and administrative coordination at our DFW Patriot Site. Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, you'll own the daily reporting rhythm — entering and reconciling Prometric data, tracking KPIs, managing timekeeping and rosters, monitoring work orders and inventory, and coordinating across departments — so supervisors can focus on the floor while you keep the administrative engine running. What You'll Do Own daily production reporting in Prometric — enter production, reject, and downtime data; reconcile with run rosters and production records before reports go out; prepare end-of-shift/end-of-day summaries; communicate reject data to account coordinators Track and report KPIs — production efficiency, labor utilization, scrap/reject rates, downtime, and on-time completion; prepare reports for management, identify trends, and recommend improvements Confirm daily attendance, track early leaves and absences, update rosters, audit and file daily production sheets, and maintain complete production, labor, safety, and quality documentation to support audits Coordinate daily production schedules with Production Managers and Supervisors — update production boards, communicate schedule changes, monitor work orders and due dates, and track WIP/finished goods inventory to flag material shortages early Serve as the site's cross-functional communication and continuous improvement lead — run shift handoffs with Supervisors, coordinate with Quality, Shipping, Warehouse, Planning, and Account Coordination, and standardize processes with checklists and standard work Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) required 2+ years of administrative experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment Mid-to-advanced Excel skills required (dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUP); Power BI experience preferred Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and shifts Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail Associate's degree preferred; ERP/MRP or production reporting system experience (e.g., Prometric) is a plus Pay & Benefits $20-$22/hour, depending on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Real career growth — we promote from within Direct access to decision-makers, no corporate ladder to climb for an answer A team that solves problems together at a company that's actually growing
