Grapevine, TX 76051 We are hiring Production Workers for a hands-on manufacturing environment. This position involves assembling, testing, wiring, fabricating, and packaging electrical and mechanical components used in industrial equipment.

Job Duties:

Assemble electrical and mechanical components, control panels, wiring, and subassemblies Perform basic electrical wiring, cable/harness assembly, and mechanical assembly Use hand tools and power tools safely Read and follow drawings, schematics, diagrams, and work instructions Use RF scanners for inventory and production Assist with material handling, inventory, packaging, and equipment assembly Perform quality checks, testing, inspections, and basic troubleshooting Maintain a clean and safe work area Work in different production departments as needed after training

Requirements:

Will need to take and pass a tape measure test Must pass a background check Must pass E-Verify Must pass a drug test Must be able to follow instructions and safety procedures Comfortable using hand and power tools Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred, but training may be available There may be opportunities to advance into electrical controls, electro-mechanical assembly, sheet metal fabrication/welding, or equipment integration.
