Fabrication Helper

Overview The Fabrication Helper assists the Fabrication Department with assembling packaged equipment. This role involves supporting skilled fabricators in various tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Shift(s): Day & Night Availability What You'll Do Assist fitters, welders, and supervisors with fabrication operations Prepare raw materials for fabrication, including cleaning and measuring Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision Follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions to create parts accurately Perform routine inspection and maintenance on fabrication tools and equipment Help move or lift heavy parts or materials as required Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company safety policies Participate in safety training and report safety concerns to supervisors Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Need 2+ years of fabrication experience Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment. Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly Work performed in a shop environment. Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment. Stand, bend, stoop, and reach frequently throughout the shift Work up to 10 hours/day, 6 days/week Use of PPE required (safety glasses, ear protection as needed) Steel-toe boots required in Manufacturing Facility Work in varying noise levels and shop conditions Apache Workforce is an equal opportunity employer.

Pay Range:

USD $15.00 - USD $20.00 /hr. The posted pay range is a target and may vary depending on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.
