Job Duties Operate food production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently to support daily manufacturing goals. Package, label, and palletize finished products according to quality, customer, and food safety specifications. Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards. Follow GMP requirements, sanitation procedures, and all workplace safety policies. Assist with machine setup, product changeovers, and basic equipment troubleshooting. Monitor production flow, identify operational issues, and report downtime or quality concerns to supervisors. Complete production reports, quality documentation, and inventory records accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work area while collaborating with team members to achieve production targets.
