$17.00 - $18.70 per hour

Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions, food safety guidelines, and production procedures. Basic math and counting skills required for packaging, labeling, and production documentation. Experience Requirements Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, packaging, warehouse operations, or production environments preferred. Experience operating production equipment or packaging machinery is a plus. Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards preferred. Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and food safety. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to accurately complete production and quality records. Strong communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and work on production lines for 8 to 12-hour shifts. Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull 25 to 50 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, reaching, and twisting. Comfortable working in refrigerated, humid, wet, or warm production environments. Ability to wear required PPE, including hair nets, gloves, beard nets, and safety glasses. Job Duties Operate food production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently to support daily manufacturing goals. Package, label, and palletize finished products according to quality, customer, and food safety specifications. Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards. Follow GMP requirements, sanitation procedures, and all workplace safety policies. Assist with machine setup, product changeovers, and basic equipment troubleshooting. Monitor production flow, identify operational issues, and report downtime or quality concerns to supervisors. Complete production reports, quality documentation, and inventory records accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work area while collaborating with team members to achieve production targets.
