Job Summary The Lacing / Coil Building Tubing Assembler is responsible for assembling and lacing tubing into finned coils according to engineering specifications. This role is critical to ensuring structural integrity, quality, and performance of heat exchanger coils. The position requires manual dexterity, physical stamina, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions in English. Responsibilities Inspect tubing for correct bend angles, dimensions, and quality throughout production runs. Report equipment malfunctions or production issues promptly to the supervisor or maintenance team. Complete production logs, quality forms, and other required documentation accurately. Follow all plant safety policies, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Support continuous improvement efforts in quality, safety, and productivity. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Mechanical aptitude and ability to read production blueprints or technical drawings. Basic math and measurement skills. Strong attention to detail and quality orientation. Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs.). Team player with good communication and reliability.
