Job Overview:

We're seeking a skilled HVAC Sheet Metal Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, sheet metal fabrication, installation, and repair. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our company complete projects with efficiency and precision.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork for HVAC systems Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Operate and maintain sheet metal machinery and tools Perform precise measurements and cutting of materials Work closely with the project team to ensure proper installation and system functionality Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Troubleshoot and repair HVAC duct systems as needed Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a sheet metal worker, preferably in HVAC systems Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical diagrams Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and materials Proficient in the use of sheet metal tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

With a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and safety, we are looking to expand our team with an experienced and motivated Shop Foreman who is passionate about leading and developing a team of skilled sheet metal workers.

Job Overview:

The General Sheet Metal Shop Foreman will oversee day-to-day operations in our sheet metal shop. This leadership role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of sheet metal workers. The foreman will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of sheet metal fabricators and installers Organize and coordinate daily shop activities and workflow Ensure that all materials, tools, and equipment are available and in proper working condition Review project plans and specifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in work Monitor work progress and address any issues related to quality, timelines, or resources Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and OSHA regulations Conduct quality control checks and ensure that all work meets company standards Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity Manage inventory and order materials as needed for projects Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role Strong knowledge of sheet metal work, HVAC systems, and fabrication techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage a team and meet deadlines Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in the sheet metal and construction industries Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
