WORK PROGRAM/STUDENT

TITLE:
WPS Work Program/Student
POSITION OBJECTIVE
To gain exposure to US manufacturing processes, specifically the Stretch Film plant, and their requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a college student enrolled in the Business Management field.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist production to perform daily production data key-in and month-end production closing. Assist scheduling to schedule work order to keep production and scheduling flow efficient. Assist material control to control raw material and packing supply consumption/variance. Assist to report production trend analysis on yield, production quantity, material usage, etc. Assist shipping to prepare daily truck requests and bill of lading. Assist plant office for improvement or special projects. Team participation of ISO program. Gain additional knowledge and skills related to computing skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills and analytical skills. Learn to independently perform daily tasks related to the Stretch Film plant. Maintain confidentiality and security of all activities and records. Maintain department documents and filing system. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION
Inside and outside environments apply. Manufacturing environment. Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold and hot). Subject to noise.
