Sterling Custom Sheet Metal is seeking Production Workers for immediate hire. This role consists of sheet metal fabrication processes on a production line. Knowledge of metal forming and cutting equipment is preferred. Pay range of $17 to $21 will be determined by level of experience and ability to adapt and learn. After 90 days we will meet to evaluate your performance. Bilingual is a plus.

Production Worker Responsibilities Include:

Assemble sheet metal goods on a production line. Monitor quantities during the production process. Perform work safely, accurately and efficiently. Achieve daily production goals. Must be punctual and report to work on time. Maintain quality and efficiency during all fabrication processes. Stage components and raw materials in an orderly fashion. Practice good housekeeping in work areas.

Production Worker Skills Required:

Strong work ethic and organizational skills Ability to work/adapt to a demanding and fast-paced manufacturing environment. Capable of lifting 50+ pounds unassisted, bend and twist. Be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time. Must have a reliable mode of transportation. Manufacturing experience preferred.
