We are seeking a dedicated and reliable SRM Mill Helper to join our team in Pasadena, TX. The ideal candidate will assist with mill operations, support team members, and ensure smooth workflow within the mill environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to safety procedures, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily mill operations under the supervision of the team. Perform general labor tasks such as material handling and cleanup. Support maintenance activities when needed. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines. Aid in the setup and breakdown of equipment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a mill or manufacturing environment preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods. Strong work ethic and dependability. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Schedule & Compensation:

12-hour shift, rotation shifts, $17.28 to $20
