Line Leader Pay:
$15.00/HR Monday- Friday and some Saturday Are you a motivated leader with manufacturing or packaging experience?
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily packaging line operations
- Ensure products meet quality and food safety standards
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance needs
- Track production, downtime, inventory, and quality inspections
- Train and support Machine Operators and Assistant Line Leaders
- Maintain production flow and meet scheduling goals
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1-3 years of manufacturing, production, or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Outlook
