We are seeking a Production Associate to become part of our team! This job is currently part time, but may present the option of converting to full time. You will help produce small custom printed products for our customers and process outgoing shipments of online orders.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assembling custom products Applying vinyl decals Checking for print quality Packing and shipping orders

Secondary Responsibilities:

General cleaning, sweeping, dusting & dismantling boxes Perform other duties as assigned

Work Hours:

9:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday Extended hours possible during Holiday Season Flexible hours

Minimum Qualifications:

Reliable, Eye for Detail, Work Independently Ability to work well in a structured work setting and adhere to a daily schedule, including the commitment to excellent attendance with proven reliability. Ability to be flexible within the daily schedule to meet the printing needs of production volume, which will vary day to day. Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen, facilitate communication between production personnel while work is in process. Ability to work cooperatively with other employees and supervisors. Ability to maintain an orderly workflow and prioritize assignments.

Ideal Qualifications:

Experience with "Craft" projects Experience working in Print-On-Demand industry Experience in Order Processing Experience in Shipping Work Conditions /

Warehouse Environment (Generally Climate-Controlled)
