Job Description
Job description: We are looking for a fast learner and team player to join Game On Graphics! No experience needed! Small family-owned company. Fun work environment. Must have an eye for detail, and able to manage problem solving on your own. As an Embroider, you will be working with a variety of products, such as hats, blankets, and bags, to create a custom product. This position requires high level of accuracy, extreme attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a good work ethic. Job duties Set up and operate commercial embroidery machines. Load and thread needles, select proper thread colors, and adjust tension. Hoop garments and materials accurately to ensure proper placement and stability. Interpret work orders, design specs, and placement instructions. Adjust machine settings for different materials (hats, jackets, polos, bags, patches, etc.). Run test sew-outs to check quality before production. Change needles, bobbins, thread, and accessories as needed. Meet production goals and deadlines. Strong work ethics General shop help (as needed) Eye for detail
