If you have experience operating commercial embroidery machines such as Tajima, Barudan, SWF, Happy, Ricoma, Melco, or similar equipment , we'd love to hear from you. This is a full-time, hands-on production role where you'll produce high-quality embroidered apparel and promotional products while working in a clean, organized, and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay:
$13.00-$15.00 per hour (based on experience) What You'll Do Operate commercial embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products. Set up embroidery jobs by hooping garments, loading embroidery files, selecting thread colors, and preparing materials. Monitor machine performance and perform thread changes, bobbin replacements, and tension adjustments. Inspect finished products for embroidery quality, placement, and accuracy. Perform routine machine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and embroidery specifications. Track thread usage and assist with inventory when needed. Meet daily production goals while maintaining excellent quality standards. Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe. Communicate production or equipment issues promptly. Work closely with the production team to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time. What We're Looking For Experience operating commercial embroidery machines preferred. Experience with Tajima, Barudan, SWF, Happy, Ricoma, Melco, or similar embroidery equipment is highly desirable. Ability to read and follow production instructions and work orders. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine machine maintenance. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift production materials as required. Experience in garment decoration, textile manufacturing, apparel production, promotional products, or similar production environments is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience operating multi-head embroidery machines. Familiarity with embroidery file formats such as DST. Experience using embroidery production software.
