Responsibilities Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and throughput standards Complete hourly quality and production reports accurately Perform physical and visual inspections to prevent non-conforming product Report quality defects to appropriate team members and shift leadership Follow all plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards at all times Maintain housekeeping standards in production and assigned areas Ensure proper raw material levels to minimize downtime Troubleshoot minor production line issues Perform relief duties as required Maintain regular and predictable attendance Qualifications Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment Strong attention to detail Ability to accurately complete reports Dependable transportation Career-minded with a willingness to learn and grow Pay $20.00 per hour Schedule Full Time | Grave Shift 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (2-2-3 rotating schedule) Nexeo Benefits
