Job Description
Overview Cutting Edge Countertops is a fast growing home improvement company. We have been in business since 2018, and are seeking one skilled candidate to join our team. We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic team. Must have polishing, fabricating and installing experience or at least one of the above. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication and manufacturing processes with granite, quartz or similar,. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work with heavy equipment (minimal) and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Pay is determined greatly on experience level. Looking for someone who has worked in the granite industry and has experience with polishing, fabricating and installing. Over $500 in cash bonuses awarded throughout the year. Overtime available and compensated at 1.5x (time). After 40 hours/week. Pay based on experience. Duties Polish stone, granite, quartz, quartzite and marble. Working with grinders and hand tools on a daily basis. Shows up on time every day and works overtime when needed. (you are compensated). Installing the finished product when it is completed. Experience with installs and knowledge of cabinets / countertops preferred but not required. Skills Must have a background or some experience in the granite industry. Installation experience in the granite industry is preferred. Be able to operate hand tools such as grinders and polishers. Follows direction well and is a great problem solver.
