$20.00 Starting pay Blue Diamond Industries in Ogden, UT is looking for motivated and adaptable Production Associates to join our growing manufacturing team! This role is a temp to hire position. Our Production Associates play an important role in safely producing high-quality HDPE products used to support fiber-optic and telecommunications infrastructure nationwide while helping keep our production lines running safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, learning new skills, and being part of a team. Whether you already have manufacturing experience or are looking for an opportunity to build your skills, we are looking for people who are dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn and grow. What You'll Do Safely start up, operate, and shut down production lines Monitor production and inspect product quality throughout the process Ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards Monitor printing, striping, footage, and other production requirements Maintain proper reel setup, footage, and tie-down Operate and adjust production machinery and equipment Load materials, refill bins, and help keep production flowing Monitor equipment and make appropriate adjustments within the scope of your training Complete required production documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety protocols, procedures, and PPE requirements Cross-train on additional equipment, lines, and processes Support other production areas as needed What Makes This Opportunity Different Relevant manufacturing and extrusion experience is a plus 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule , giving you more days off throughout the month Hands-on training and opportunities to learn different manufacturing processes Cross-training opportunities to expand your skillset STEP Program with opportunities for skill development and earning progression Career development and advancement opportunities A company that values developing its people and promoting from within Team-focused work environment Stable, growing organization with long-term opportunities What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Extrusion experience is a major plus Experience working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around manufacturing equipment Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and responsibilities Ability to adapt quickly and support different areas as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow instructions and work independently Dependability and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities Commitment to safety, teamwork, quality, and continuous learning Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50-100 lbs. and remaining active throughout a 12-hour shift Learn More.
