MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates with multiple departments to obtain proper paperwork and/or product. Verify and close work orders (eBPRs), while ensuring that the documentation is accurate, complete, and meets quality standards. Completes various duties to set production up to be successful (i.e. daily production reports, pulls and submit samples to Lab, creates and prints labels, etc.). Compiles KPIs, reports, and other key production data to help share score with the team. Coordinate training efforts to ensure that paperwork is accurately completed by operations. Continuously looking for opportunities to improve current processes. Consistently supports Production Supervisor and Performance Leader in rallying the team to hit production metrics and goals. All other duties as assigned and needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a working knowledge of computers, office equipment, calculator, telephone, and various word processing and spreadsheets software. Must be able to understand, speak, read and write in English in order to perform the essential functions of the job as they relate to comprehension of laws, regulations, standards, documents and other internal and external communications. Ability to work well with others in a team environment. Must be flexible and work well under pressure. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to deal with a variety of interpersonal situations, solve practical problems and deal with variable business situations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule forms. Good time management and organizational skills; initiative and desire to take on new tasks. Ability to handle multiple priorities and special request/changes.
WORK CONDITIONS
Subject to normal warehouse and production environment. Subject to high noise levels where hearing protection is required. Subject to atmospheric conditions, such as fumes from the machines, odors, powders, dust and other particles.
