Duties & Responsibilities Support daily production operations to keep manufacturing lines running safely and efficiently. Operate, monitor, and assist with production equipment according to established procedures and safety requirements. Package, handle, and prepare finished dairy products while maintaining quality and food safety standards. Inspect products and packaging for quality, accuracy, and proper presentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production work area. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety procedures, sanitation requirements, and workplace safety policies. Communicate production issues, equipment concerns, or quality problems promptly to supervisors. Work collaboratively with production, warehouse, sanitation, and quality team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications & Requirements Required:
Ability to work the scheduled 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM third shift consistently. Ability to work in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, safety procedures, and food manufacturing requirements. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred:
Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, packaging, assembly, warehouse operations, or a similar production environment. Experience working in a food, beverage, dairy, or other regulated manufacturing facility. Familiarity with GMPs, sanitation procedures, quality standards, or production line operations.
