In this role, you'll receive hands-on training to operate a variety of printing and sorting machines that produce critical documents—from bank statements and loyalty cards to health insurance cards. As a key part of the production process, your attention to detail and technical skills will help ensure that each batch is printed accurately, securely, and on time. 44 What You'll Do Operate high-speed machines that print, sort, and prepare essential documents and cards. Manually insert forms into envelopes, tag plastic cards, and package mail for shipment. Use presorting machines to filter out damaged mail and request reprints when necessary. Load and unload materials, perform quality checks, and verify each batch against job tickets. Collaborate with team members to meet production, safety, and quality goals. Participate in cross-training to learn and operate multiple machines and systems. What You'll Need to Have Basic computer skills for data entry and navigating systems. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Physical ability to stand 95% of your shift and lift between 20-50 lbs. Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. What Would Be Great to Have High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Familiarity with production workflows and quality control processes.
