Hiring Assembly / Production Workers Labormax Staffing is hiring Assembly / Production Workers to assist with the manufacturing and assembly of wood roof and floor trusses.

Job Duties:

Assemble wood truss components using hand tools Move, position, and organize lumber and precut materials Verify lumber parts, quantities, dimensions, and part numbers Use a tape measure to check lumber lengths Attach metal plates using hammers and other hand tools Follow production reports, shop drawings, and work instructions Stage materials and assist with production flow Maintain a clean and organized work area Work safely and efficiently as part of a team

Requirements:

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Basic ability to read production reports or shop drawings Strong attention to detail Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Work boots, eye protection, and hearing protection required Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Pay:

$15.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
